Great for Apple news, but crashes now

Ive been reading Apple Insider for a long time. The articles are always interesting and informative. However recently it crashed and froze my phone, so I have avoided using it until today. It crashed again but didnt freeze my phone. I hope this gets fixed because I otherwise like this app. If it continues to crash I will delete it.
Update: I deleted it. I will reinstall it when I see reviews saying it is working reliably now.
