I purchased a yearly subscription many months ago but from day one the App wouldnt recognize it. If I try to purchase again within the App I am informed that I already have a subscription.
Should be a simple matter to fix only except that AppleInsider has absolutely zero support.
Click on the support link here (nothing in the app itself) and you will get a list of email addresses but none relate to support. I have tried emailing random individuals but have never received any response.
Great site and app but dont waste your money subscribing!
